Why We Need You As the senior analyst/associate in revenue operations, you will act as the CRM system and database administration role in the commercial team. We would like you to become the bridge between the commercial teams and the CRM product team to drive optimization in the business processes and technology deployment for scalable growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with multiple stakeholders/business teams to define improvements to business processes and translate them into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
Leverages strong technical aptitude, and understands both business and technical language and ideas to develop and maintain the stakeholder roadmaps
Drive resolution of design trade-offs between declarative, code, and third-party tools
Build configurations using recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions to integrate Salesforce and other regional SCRM tools with upstream systems
Participate in implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management within the Agile methodology and Scrum teams
Responsible for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams
Work relentlessly to improve existing business processes, develop SOP/workflow and apply data driven decision making to make recommendations for systems improvements and maximize productivity of commercial teams
Work closely with third-party vendors, including software providers and consultants, to implement new solutions
Provide advice and feedback to the internal CRM team regarding support, configuration, and general Salesforce architecture

Qualifications:
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
3+ years of enterprise CRM Admin(Prefer Salesforce) experience including in-depth knowledge of platform configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Technical field OR 4+ years related experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator is plus(ADM 201)
Design and implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Lightning
Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google applications including documents, sheets, and slides
Strong organization and project management skills with great attention to details
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with agile methodologies
Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 301)
Experience with CTI integrations
Knowledge of SOQL, Visual Flow, Visualforce/APEX
Additional Salesforce Certifications
Strong written and oral communication skills
