JOB PURPOSE
The role manages a team of Sales Operations Executives who are responsible for Sales order processing within NextGen. The Sales Operations Manager is a key stakeholder in the Salesforce evolution.
Responsibilities
- Ensures timely and accurate order processing and uploading to Netsuite for Market Intelligence (MI) and Accreditation & Marketing Services (AMS) business units
- People manager for the Sales Operations Executives, developing and skilling the team
- Works pro-actively to spot inefficiencies in the Lead-to-Cash process; proposes changes and works with Salesforce team to implement and roll-out changes to the org
- Assist Director, Sales Operations with management and reporting of business performance metrics / KPIs
- Work with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure efficient operations of Salesforce capabilities
- Support credit control and sales team with the customer payment management
- Ensures timely issuing of sales order reports for sales team and finance team
- Assist with ad hoc queries as necessary

Experience
- Experience with Salesforce (essential), preferably as a superuser
- Experience with Docusign (desirable)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and a good level of IT skills
- Experience of analytic tools desired
