About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Post-Sales Operations help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you’ll be a key leader in taking our post-sales function to the next level, growing the team, and aligning our Post-Sales motions across the organization. You’ll work directly with our Sales Leadership to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization both as an individual contributor and as the leader of the post-sales operations team.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Strategy: You’ll act as the main point of contact and the strategic thought partner to our post-sales leadership team (Account Management & Customer Success Leadership) and help shape our long term expansion and retention strategies
- Reporting: You’ll identify areas of opportunity and risk and provide actionable insights to management. You’ll maintain and create net new reporting which helps us better understand our customers, facilitates productivity, and guides investment and be responsible for ongoing tracking, analysis, and results to ensure the company plan and initiatives are successful
- Automate: You’ll own developing and optimizing sales motions and processes for all post Sales reps (CSM & AM) that will increase sales productivity. You’ll work closely with the GTM Systems team to evaluate and deploy process improvements, tools, and infrastructure
- Manage Operations: You’ll design and manage the Post-Sales Rules of Engagement (ROE), opportunity/account management processes, and the ‘metrics that matter’
- Coach & Recruit: Up level and build out our post- sales operations team as Ramp scales
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech with 3+ years in Sales Operations/Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Customer Operations
- Keen knowledge of how to leverage a well-defined and repeatable process with a focus and prioritization on results
- Demonstrated ability to develop insights and recommendations to drive 5x improvements for a SaaS business
- Ability to quickly and effectively transition between strategic initiatives to tactical execution
- Experience with coaching, building, and leading experienced teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities
- You are curious and have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
Nice to Haves
- Working knowledge of leveraging Sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, Clearbit, etc.)
- Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
Compensation
- The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $187,000-$220,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
