Job Responsibilities:
- Performs budgeting, planning and analysis activities for sales operations; identify sales opportunities.
- Reviews expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.
- Maintains and enhances tools, systems, processes, and technologies to support the auction including but not limited to Sales (Physical and Digital), Marketing and Operations.
- Responsible for driving automation of legacy processes.
- Effectively and continuously provides guidance about market trends and makes recommendations to drive business forward.
Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge, and skills:
- BS/BA degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience or 14 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) required.
- Proven experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional, and collaborative relationships required.
- Extensive knowledge of auto dealership operations; automotive remarketing preferred.
- Excellent time management, organization, and task prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of technologies, screen share technologies, and other relevant software systems
- Superior financial and business acumen
- Willing and able to travel as needed and required (up to 20% day or overnight trips)
