The person they seek has ALL of the following:
- You have been through this stage of the journey before as a sales leader, you know what’s required to build a high-performing, scalable sales function in a maturing organization.
- You bring some relevant domain knowledge from selling procurement and/or supply chain tech solutions.
- You enjoy leading from the front, keeping close to customers, and coaching and mentoring your team.
- You know what sales and reporting methodologies are required to breed best-in-class behaviour.
Reporting to the founder and CEO, you will have a strong voice at the board level and a meaningful equity stake in an organisation that already has some great logos and extremely talented people.
