THE ROLE
OLIPOP is searching for a Director of Sales, Omnichannel & Digital to join our team and continue to build and elevate on the strong e-commerce foundation our business has by optimizing all of our digitally native selling channel opportunities. This cross functional position will focus on everything from day to day management of our Amazon business to strategic initiatives to drive profitability, authentic partnerships and broad brand awareness throughout these channels.
In this role you will lead, own, strategize and optimize all of our e-commerce partner channels that live outside of drinkolipop.com.

Responsibilities
- Own the day to day, broad strategy and P&L management for our e-commerce partner channels such as but not limited to our Amazon, Walmart.com, Faire, Gopuff, DoorDash, Imperfect Foods, retailer .com partners, etc.
- Work dynamically with the E-commerce, Supply Chain, Sales Operations and Finance teams to vet, onboard and manage various e-commerce, instant commerce and digitally native selling channels for OLIPOP
- Work alongside our Sr. E-Commerce and Digital Product Manager to work through operational complexities with our partnerships as well as the digital product representation of OLIPOP across channels
- Working closely with our Director of E-Commerce & Retention to drive trial and repeat purchase across these channels while putting our customers first
- Work dynamically with our CX Team to create strategic customer communication tactics with customer base where possible to insure that the brand is represented in alignment with our product and brand strategy
- Work closely with our Sr. Shopper & Trade Marketing manager to optimize advertising and key work search tactics across these channels
- Approach new sales opportunities with a partnership and profitability first mindset
- Understand advertising and marketing strategy capabilities within these partnerships to work cross functionally with our media and marketing team to prep, implement and measure campaign strategy and impact
- Work with our Business Insights Team to develop and manage an omnichannel partner dashboard to understand profitability, growth impact and sales forecasting opportunities
- Be a creative problem solver that leads with logic, executes with passion and is a team player
Qualifications
- Deeply passionate about OLIPOP, and inspired by what we represent. Has the desire and hunger to make an impact.
- Extensive experience working in e-commerce/omnichannel sales, cross-channel digital marketing or related fields, with strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify.
- 3+ years Amazon channel-specific experience, with a deep understanding of sales, marketing and operations - including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon Marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, with strong competency in Excel.
- Eagerness to approach digitally native channels to push towards profitability, drive trials and reach new customers.
- Must have understanding of marketing and advertising capabilities across these digital selling channels.
- General understanding of how to appropriately forecast for these channels to maximize sales and mitigate OOS issues.
- Obsession for understanding customer behavior. Lives, breathes and dreams about how to better reach & understand our consumers.
- Enthusiastic and comfortable working in a high growth, early stage company. Ability to think rapidly and apply a growth mindset in a growing and changing environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships and to collaborate effectively across functions and with third party vendors.
- Bias for action, strong sense of immediacy, and drive to achieve objectives.
- Strong planning, organization and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working successfully with remote teams in multiple states. Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Asana and/ or other collaboration tools.
- This position is fully remote. Approximately 20% travel to productions, events or team off-sites as required.
