Head of Sales Operations Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence in a sales environment? Can you develop and implement a continuous improvement program for the Order processing function, including workload optimization and integration of sales order processing teams? Do you have a proven track record of managing and transforming Sales Operations teams? Illuminet are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales Operations to work for one of the fastest growing MSP, Cloud and IT Security providers in the country and voted The UK’s Best 100 Companies to Work For 2022, based in the Southeast of England. As the Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for the development and stabilization of the Sales Operations function. This includes integrating teams, process re-engineering, and being a major stakeholder in the replacement of the current opportunity management and quoting tool. You will play a crucial role in delivering this change while ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:-Manage the Sales Operations Team responsible for processing sales ordersOwn and manage the integration of all Sales Order processing teams into a single cohesive unitDrive continuous improvement in customer quotations, enhancing the experience for both customers and internal teamsCreate and own an 18-month rolling development roadmap for the opportunity management application and quoting tool, including associated processesDefine and prioritize sales requirements for development initiativesLead the integration of acquired businesses into the opportunity management and quoting toolBuild effective relationships with Sales and Operations leaders to streamline sales proposal processes and enhance proposal quality and speed Essential Skills:Experience in IT consultingExperience in driving continuous improvement initiativesFamiliarity with Sales team dynamics and key success factors
Salary: £55,000-£75,000k (£150,000k OTE)
Location: Hybrid/Southeast of England
