- Develop sales initiatives project plans with feedback from internal/external customers
- Outline and manage project scope, project plan/timeline, goals, and budget
- Design, create, implement programs that have measurable business impact and evaluate impact
- Establish strong relationships with internal business owners
- Manage regular project meetings and status reports
- Evaluate industry best practices and incorporate into initiatives as benchmarks
- Create and deliver presentations at all levels of the organization
- Partner with training team to effectively deliver material as needed
- Facilitate video or virtual training as needed, including Salesforce CRM utilization, and develop written training resources
- Establish a measurable approach and methodology to initiate project management
- Create analytics using excel with the ability to build pivot tables to summarize in dashboard format
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to create reports and provide executive level summaries
- Thought leadership to design, develop, implement and enhance sales support platforms such as PowerBi and Salesforce
- Monitor and respond to shared sales mailboxes to answer questions and address concerns
- Oversee account change process, onboarding process of new sales resources and other daily maintenance tasks
- Help facilitate affiliate enrollment, terminations, billing and rebates (FleetCare)
- Perform other duties as assigned
