We are searching for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team at our Los Angeles location. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing support, analysis, and coordination to enhance the effectiveness of the sales function. Your primary objective will be to optimize sales processes, improve sales team performance, and contribute to overall sales strategy and growth.

Sales Process Optimization: Processing incoming orders with 24hr SLA and providing customer service

Customer onboarding and off-boarding

Processing commissions

Streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement in the sales cycle.

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales methodologies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Create regular reports and dashboards for sales performance monitoring and forecasting.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and maintain sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other sales-related technologies.

Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of sales tools and systems.

Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline.

Monitor pipeline health, identify risks, and recommend actions to achieve sales targets.

Sales Training and Enablement: Collaborate with sales and training teams to develop and deliver sales training programs and materials.

Ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to align sales strategies and initiatives.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination between sales and other functional teams.

Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its functionalities, including SaaS distribution model.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
