Description:
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations role will support the analytical evaluation of key priorities and the identification of market-specific trends and risks. This role reports directly to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations and will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance and the Commercial Leadership Team. This role is responsible for efficiently and accurately synthesizing multiple data sets to meet national and sub-national level analytical requirements while providing data-driven insights and forecasting support, including but not limited to sales force effectiveness, CRM data, claims data, SD/SP data, sales performance reporting, and field incentive compensation. Consistent support of commercial systems including but not limited to Commercial Data Warehouse, Master Data Management Platform, Data Aggregator, and Sales Operations Tools. This is a remote-based position located in the United States.
Responsibilities:

Support sales data analytics, sales operations, and salesforce territory alignment for market & real-world/Patient data analytics

Perform regular and Ad-hoc analytics support to the US commercial organization utilizing multiple internal and external data sources such as prescription, sales, & claims, etc.

Support the analytical evaluation and the identification of Oncology market-specific trends and risks

Ability to efficiently and accurately synthesize multiple and complex pharmaceutical data sets and analyze them to provide recommendations to business questions

Create and lead quantitative or qualitative analysis from multiple data sources such as claims, sales, and affiliations to support deliverables and business decisions

Design and develop Key performance trackers and dashboards with drill-down capabilities

Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to track calls, sales performance, and metrics

Partner with sales leadership and commercial operations to identify, analyze and maintain field targets and account attributes

Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales team and the Company’s technology team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years; or Master’s degree with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years’ experience. Proven management experience demonstrating business acumen, developing and delivering functional/department goals, delivering results, championing innovation, coaching and developing subordinates including remote and cross functional teams.

Strong capability in managing priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistent, high-quality outcomes

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $170,000. Final compensation depends on multiple factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skillset, depth and breadth of knowledge, internal equity, and external market factors.
