Ria project managers are the key driving force behind our continued growth and evolution. The Revenue Operations Project Manager will contribute to that growth as an innovative authority managing projects that focus on Ria’s digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have production experience with a background in technical communication, bridging the gap between business and technology, and driving innovative solutions to release as projected.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, creating project implementation plans, risk mitigation, and, when necessary, adapting scope and timelines to ensure adherence to requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to determine progress, address clarifications or challenges, and provide updates about strategy, adjustments and timeline.
- Serve as liaison and main point of contact between teams from both business and technical offices to maintain transparent communications, ensure all team actions remain in synergy, and keep the project aligned with business requirements.
- Create long- and short-term plans, setting targets and milestones, and make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities using motivation and conflict resolution with a passion to continually improve our processes and make our teams as successful as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or relevant experience, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management and related experience
- Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms with proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with several teams simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with Coda, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or other Project Management tools
PREFERRED:
- Strong verbal and written communication, superior presentation and negotiation skills
- Financial services industry experience a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) with intermediate Excel skills
- Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets
- Application of agile development methodologies

Salary: The range in Colorado for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, and skills.
