We are a quickly growing company and franchise system looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to join our team. Based out of Omaha, NE, with 600+ locations currently open and operations in over 25 states, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with the energy for strategically growing and scaling our organization. We are growing rapidly, so we are looking for a leader that thrives in a fast-paced environment, contributes to culture and core values, and is excited to develop and optimize the franchise sales processes, team, and results.

The CSO is a strategic partner and member of a strong executive leadership team, seeking to maximize and develop talent and strategy to drive excellent and sustainable growth to our first 1,000 locations by 2024 and continue that momentum for several years thereafter. The CSO is a key role that is responsible for creating, implementing, and executing sales strategies that drive Scooter’s Coffee overall expansion and growth. Relationships and people leadership will be critical for this role. The CSO must build strong and successful relationships with franchisees, their team, and cross functional partners to meet aggressive growth goals. This role has a critical impact on overall Company revenue and profitability and will be a key driver in the continued development and growth of Scooter’s Coffee.
What you bring!
- 15+ years' of experience in franchise sales
- 8+ years' experience in a strategic, senior leadership role
- Experience working in a private or founder led business
- Thoughtful people leader who provides feedforward communication and is a developer of talent
- QSR experience highly desirable
