As Relyance AI's Revenue Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue-generating activities and ensuring the alignment of sales, marketing, and finance functions. You will have a strong analytical mindset, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be eager to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
You must be able to meet in person in the San Mateo Office two days a week every other week.
As a Revenue Operations Coordinator, your role will include:
Assisting in optimizing revenue operations processes, including lead management, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to analyze and improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition strategies.
Schedule and conduct Sales enablement sessions for new hires as well as upskill the existing team.
Supporting the implementation and management of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Helping maintain and analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Contributing to the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and ROI.
Working on cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.

1+ years of experience in an operations-related role.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms, specifically Hubspot.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and best practices.
