Job Description:
LHH, a leading recruiting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Sales Operations to join our client's team. As the Director of Sales Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer to drive sales strategy, planning, training, budgeting, execution, retention, development, and overall sales performance. Your expertise in sales processes, CRM systems, and analytics will be crucial in achieving our client's sales objectives and enhancing the effectiveness of their sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Design and implement global sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Serve as the principal owner of the CRM/Sales Analytics & Information System, overseeing its implementation, training, maintenance, continuous improvement, and compliance.
- Project manage the implementation of new CRM/Sales Analytics Information systems, working closely with stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights, and effectively communicate these findings to the sales team.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure sales team compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Identify and address revenue leakage opportunities to maximize sales performance.
- Collaborate with Executive Sales Management to develop account strategies and plans.
- Work closely with Finance, the Product Office, and Sales Executive management to develop annual plans and sales forecasts.
- Monitor sales objectives and revenue attainment, providing timely recommendations to management for focused action.
- Support the collection of data for complex sales negotiations and presentations.
- Drive continuous innovation and process improvement to enhance overall excellence across the sales teams.
- Set and report on sales targets and quotas.
- Track and report on sales commissions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the IT industry is a must.
- High proficiency and implementation with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for achieving results.
- Experience working with sales analytics tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.
