Job Description
This role is envisioned to be the fulcrum of managing all the sales operational requirements for each of the business units. The candidate would possess a strong analytical mind, be a technical and creative thinker, have a strong aptitude for problem solving, and have zero tolerance for inefficiencies in software development & deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, along with the fervent desire to continuously learn about different products and technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the subject matter expert on sales practices for our India market
You will aid the India leadership team in understanding the performance of our sales teams, including driving improvement in our existing performance reports and dashboards
You will monitor and reinforce data quality standards in our CRM system, and influence sales teams to ensure standards are met
You will identify opportunities for process improvement, create execution plans and then implement changes
You will work with colleagues in finance to support our forecasting processes, and drive increases in forecast accuracy
You will help us ensure that CRM data is fit for purpose when feeding into other functions within the India business
You will contribute to war rooms on bid reviews, being proactive in helping sales review deals and help structure deals that meet client needs whilst complying to internal controls
You will participate heavily in annual planning processes, including quota setting
You support the rollout of local, regional and global sales initiatives into our India market
You will help management accomplish its strategic goals by creating focus, reinforcing communication and ensuring change is sustained within our sales team
Qualifications
You will have 5-8 years of experience ins sales operations/analysis.
You have hands on experience working with enterprise CRM systems, ideally SalesForce
You have a drive to excel and can focus yourself on getting things done
Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
You have had exposure to Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) companies
You understand B2B sales processes and be able to comprehend the key commercial factors influencing outcomes
You understand how sales teams think, behave, their motivations and sales incentives / compensation plans
You’re a highly analytical person and have a structured approach to problem solving
Experience of leading / contributing to change projects in large organizations is an advantage
