As Sales Operations Manager you will support our business development function by instilling best practice and consistent processes to achieve operational efficiency in our Go to Market activities.
Sales Operations Manager – The Role
- Support colleagues by driving operational efficiency & providing data analysis/insights.
- Define, track & implement business objectives, initiatives, strategies, tactics & processes.
- Review existing workflows & processes, then improve and document.
- Design, document & implement business processes to support sales activities.
Sales Operations Manager – About You
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Familiar with sales & marketing applications.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & prioritising skills.
- Commercially astute.
- Flexible & adaptable attitude - willing to accept & drive change.
- Highly organised & with an eye for detail
