Role Description
Our Revenue Operations team is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end revenue generation and Go-To-Market (GTM) process, from lead generation to sales and customer retention. We are now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team.
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, ensuring efficient GTM operations, and driving overall business growth. You will collaborate closely with all Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to streamline revenue-related processes and implement data-driven strategies.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence. We are currently in an exciting and challenging expansion phase as a company where Revenue Operations plays a key role in the success of the company.
What is your job?
- Be a key player in our RevOps team, working cross-functionally with our Go-To-Market functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align revenue operations initiatives with overall business objectives. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to ensure cross-functional alignment and seamless execution
- Proactively analyze and identify areas of revenue growth potential within the company's existing lead generation, sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle
- Develop strategies to optimize revenue generation and increase overall profitability
- Own strategic initiatives and projects while also managing day-to-day and ad hoc tasks
- Become a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market leaders by providing data-based insights and recommendations
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree (likely in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field)
- You have proven experience (min. 3 years) in revenue operations, sales operations, CS operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company
- You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce reporting, business intelligence tools)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and revenue forecasting.
- You have a passion for designing processes that scale
- You enjoys “getting your hands dirty” by digging into complex operations in a scale up environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other GTM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- You have a fluent/native level in English, additional Central European languages (e.g., German) are a strong plus
