Telecommunications is a fast:growing industry with exciting potential to expand your skillset, there has never been a better time to join this friendly and growing team The Role Working as a member of the Sales team means becoming one of the faces of the company, you will embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the very quickly growing team. It is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing and new partners, as well as be part of a diverse and highly efficient Sales team. This role will include various elements of operational support to the Sales Director, internal Sales Executives, and 3rd Party Sales Agencies. It requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for and understanding of data, and how technology can be used to simplify and improve processes. Duties and Responsibilities: Management of all internal sales processes and process automation
- Managing data flows and reports between the company and 3rd party agencies
- Managing purchase orders, invoices, and payments across the Sales team
- Reporting for team performance and managing commission payments process
- Building and developing business cases to assist sales and finance projects
- Working on customer data held within the CRM system
- Day to day management of sales team queries
- Build a robust Sales reporting suite to assist with Sales decision making
- Understanding the data outputs and using it to make business recommendations

- Very strong understanding of Excel (the use of Macros and Pivots in particular)
