As a Revenue Operations Analyst you will help drive customer experience through accurate and timely workflows and deliver improvements to our Revenue Team's technology stack. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Sr Manager, Revenue Operations.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:
Partner with the Revenue teams to solve user inquiries related to billing and collections
Perform month-end close process and reconciliations and help maintain completeness, including attribution and booking information
Assist the contract drafting process, generating standard documents and working with Legal and Revenue to help respond to customer feedback
Drive the lead management process and ensure we have scalable process for procurement, enrichment, execution and reporting
Empower key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve process, and tools to enable scalable analysis, reporting, and decision making
Collaborate cross-functionally, respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to the Revenue teams
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of relevant experience in similar role, required
BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls
Comfortable working with manual and automated processes
Experience with Stripe, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chilipiper, Docusign and Ironclad knowledge preferred
Experience reading and working with contracts
Demonstrated professional experience using Excel and working with large data sets
A passion for creating new systems and solving problems via infrastructure and automation
In the United States the range for the this position is typically a base salary of $67,000 to mid salary of $76,000, with a quarterly bonus program. The range provided is Shopmonkey's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.
