We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to help support and grow our Salesforce environment and assist in the sales process. You will be part of a growing team that is driving adoption and a belief in a Salesforce environment. You will be a key contributor in the company’s system modernization and analytics efforts. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial person with experience working with Salesforce and sales operations. The ideal candidate has a history of driving CRM adoption, building CRM training programs, and thriving in a startup-like environment. This role will take on the teams’ ownership of Salesforce operations.
What To Expect:
- Join the internal cross-functional team tasked with delivering on Salesforce Sales Cloud and introducing Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce users including training and support
- Work with team members to develop training materials for the end users
- Help define business process requirements
- Communicate regularly with our executives and users
- Own the reporting and dashboard roadmap for the system
- Interacting with colleagues virtually and in person
What You Bring to the Company:
- Multiple years of experience using Salesforce’s Sales Cloud and customer service
- Familiarity with Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) product is beneficial
- Experience partnering with multiple departments and a large number of stakeholders
- Talent for translating end user experience notes to the technical team
- History of developing successful training programs
- Track record of successfully driving organizational change
- Ability to work in and deliver results with small project teams
- Four-year college degree (preferred)
