Responsibilities
Overall:
1 Take end-to-end responsibility of RETAIL division revenue numbers
- Responsible for Gross, Net and Ebitda margins at RETAIL and individual center level
- Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage RETAIL business unit independently.
- Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve top-line and profit targets for RETAIL and ensure month-on- month growth.
- Ensure that center operations are running smoothly
- Ensure cash collections , revenue to cash ratios across RETAIL division are inline
- Ensure admin processes, drops management, loan subvention are as per the prescribed norms
Digital Sales And Marketing
- Guide and train teams to accomplish set revenue and product targets.
- Responsible for Inside Sales governance activities including hygiene, lead to conversion, warm
lead management, CRM, Other efficiency metrics
- Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training of new resources into sales teams
- Develop and implement Marketing Plans with focus on improving sales efficiencies, optimization of efforts from both marketing and sales teams
- Work very closely with the marketing team to ensure constant feedback is given, CAC is under control, products are performing at benchmark conversion rates and ARPU numbers are met
- Creating a new product ecosystem - Dedicated teams, focused effort, constant feedback
- Ensure quality assurance methods and sales governance metrics are in place for managing sales
BTL And Channel Development
- Formulating BTL Plans on the ground along with the centers to drive the non digital revenues across RETAIL
- Creating a strong BTL team of business development executives and callers on the ground
- Governance, reviews and feedback mechanism to be establised along with Retail MIS team
- Ensuring there is good amount of college outreach , channel partner tie ups and local branding activities to help in promotions and meeting the over all non digital revenue targets month on month
People Management
- To create a strong set of Business heads to drive the RETAIL business
- Develop a high-performing front line sales managers across all the centers to drive center revenues
- To create funnel of 1st/2nd line leads across the retail Review meetings with stakeholders : Product, Finance, Marketing, Internal audit
- Monthly performance and budget review meetings with centers
- Off-sites for planning and strategy
