Overview
LLR Partners is recruiting an Associate, Revenue Operations to join its Origination Team. In this role, you will be a critical member of the Origination Team by performing analysis that enables data-driven decision making and drives revenue operations for the firm. LLR’s Origination Team works to identify, engage and develop relationships with companies in the healthcare and technology space. The Associate, Revenue Operations will work collaboratively across the firm reporting to the Managing Director, Origination.
To be effective in this role the ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and reporting experience with a proven track record of success using various CRM, Business Intelligence, Sales Engagement, Marketing and Database applications. The candidate will be solution and process oriented, curious and detail oriented.
Accountabilities
- Manage the core Origination/Revenue Technology Stack: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Marketo, SourceScrub, Pitchbook and various other data sources
- Optimization of Workflows across Technology Stack: Match the market development team’s go to market strategy by optimizing workflows within various technology sources and data operations.
- Execution of Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex data sets internal data and CRM systems to drive insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage third party relationships: technology, data, data management and other vendors to ensure performance and innovation as the origination model evolves
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure data fidelity and integrity across core systems, specifically Salesforce, Salesloft and other third party providers/vendors and data sets.
- Lead Reporting Efforts: Ensure weekly, monthly and ad-hoc data reporting is complete and optimized for usability
- Oversee Long Term Goals of Revenue Operations: work with third party vendors in a product management capacity with Data Science/AI to ensure applications developed align with origination initiatives
Skills & Requirements
- BS/BA degree in data science
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations
- Outstanding data analysis skills with ability to conduct complex reporting and analysis of large data sets
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau preferred) with ability to turn large data sets into digestible dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Experience with storytelling utilizing large data sets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Marketo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong business acumen with ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Executor with a high level of personal accountability
