The Position
gWorks is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system, creating reports and dashboards, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving sales efficiency and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. The successful Sales Operations Specialist will:
- Serve as the key company administrator for HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, system maintenance, and providing guidance on best practices.
- Clean up and maintain CRM information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create reports and dashboards for gWorks Teams as requested to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators.
- Support sales and marketing teams by creating sequences and workflows to optimize lead nurturing and sales processes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process and spearhead operational improvements.
- Project manage and assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to support sales initiatives.
- Update the Sales Reporting Pack on a weekly basis, incorporating relevant CRM KPIs and metrics.
- Adjust and add SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) as needed to ensure accurate product information and pricing.
- Work alongside the sales representatives and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational management of moving transactions through the sales process, ensuring efficient pipeline management and supporting accurate forecasting.
- Maintain data quality and hygiene within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop, improve, and maintain sales process and programs to support sales enablement and optimize sales performance.
- Manage and update gWorks customer map on a quarterly basis to ensure accurate geographical representation of customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Specialist or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- GovTech experience working with local government and utilities a plus
- SaaS or recurring revenue experience a plus
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Familiarity with sales enablement strategies and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
gWorks is a hybrid work environment, and preference will be given to candidates who are local to the Omaha, Nebraska area. However, highly qualified candidates who reside outside of the local area and are able to work remotely will also be considered.
