What you’ll do

• Managesales operations across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Analyzesales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
• Enhancethe user experience in our CRM system, preferably HubSpot, though experience in similar platforms is also valuable.
• Collaboratewith sales, marketing, and finance teams to support commercial initiatives and drive financial growth.
• Solve Problemsby identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions that streamline processes and improve overall performance.
• Supportbasic project management efforts to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and campaigns.
