- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Professional reporting directly into and working directly for the sales director
- You will have a license to deliver reports and create new ones that you deem relevant & beneficial.
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales operations by creating and maintaining insightful reports that drive informed decision-making for the Sales Director and his sales division.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of sales reports, providing valuable insights into sales performance, revenue trends, customer behaviour, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to identify reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Gather data from various sources, including CRM systems, databases, and other relevant platforms, and transform it into meaningful and actionable reports.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor and validate data accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
- Identify areas for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in report generation.
- Proven experience as a sales operations professional, with a strong focus on report creation and analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
