Position Summary
Rekor is seeking an experienced VP of Revenue Operations to fulfill this new role within our Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to create and deliver outstanding revenue generating sales operations. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role will be responsible for driving company-wide field sales execution to meet and exceed planned target sales revenue, as well as deliver business value for growth.
The Contribution:

Manage revenue growth strategy and execution, sales field enablement and data analysis; work with operations and customer success to support global field Sales initiatives

Partner with CRO to align on strategic vision; accountable for data-driven business decisions, identifying gaps for business needs, and creating innovative sales operations solutions to scale

Collaborate with sales senior leaders to drive annual revenue operations planning cycles and alignment across cross-functional businesses

Develop and influence new processes and technologies that optimize the path for supporting the revenue growth of the businesses globally across all routes to market (e.g. Quote-2-Cash, SFDC)

Develop and nurture cross-functional partnerships across the entire field Sales organization which impact overall customer success and drives customer retention & revenue growth

Provide leadership to ensure proper analysis of customer health metrics and proactively mitigate customer retention risk (in concert with the Global Customer Operations teams)

Partner with sales leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities for the team, overseeing objectives and key results, and ensuring focus is on high-impact initiatives

Build strong working relationships with executives and key leaders across GTM teams (e.g. product, engineering, marketing, IT and finance) and influence the goals and priorities of stakeholders
- Lead, develop, manage and inspire a diverse, inclusive, multidisciplinary, and high performing collaborative sales operations team through learning and development to enable a growth-mindset for all team members.

BS in Business Administration or MBA preferred

Tenured leader with experience in both business sales and operational leadership; strongly prefer blend of sales acumen wrapped in customer-centric mentality

Proven record of success with history of achieving customer retention and expanding sales goals

Demonstrated experience in data analytics or intelligence operations

Leadership experience with strong influencing skills in matrixed, fluid, fast-paced organization
- Experience in executive level engagement, internal and external influencing outcomes
