We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue generation and ensuring operational excellence across various departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and other performance tracking tools. Continuously monitor and analyze revenue data to identify any deviations from targets and proactively communicate findings to the CRO.
- Take ownership of Dealhub (CPQ) and manage all necessary changes and updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate quoting processes.
- Evaluate and implement new finance providers for residential and commercial projects. Streamline the finance provider selection process by developing an Evergreen process.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and CRO teams to identify and develop monthly promotions and incentive programs for sales representatives. Analyze the volume versus margin trade-offs for these decisions.
- Dive deep into data analytics, actively analyzing and recognizing early warning signs for potential issues. Proactively suggest and implement course corrections well in advance of critical milestones.
- Serve as a conduit between the CFO and CRO, ensuring alignment of roles and departments. Collaborate with both parties to optimize revenue generation strategies and streamline operations.
- Act as a Salesforce administrator, making necessary changes and working closely with the Business Strategy team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Take ownership of the full tech stack for the marketing and sales departments, optimizing processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Conduct routine customer feedback analysis and competitor analysis to drive the development of effective go-to-market strategies. Identify market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Utilize marketing and sales data to identify areas for improvement. Set measurable goals to enhance lead-to-set rate, set-to-run rate, and other key metrics. Drive initiatives to achieve these improvements.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure forecast accuracy by implementing robust processes and data integrity checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales forecasting methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and the ability to make changes and customize workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Prior experience in the renewable energy industry or a similar sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with finance providers and financing processes is a plus.
