This is a remote opportunity for a well-suited, ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As aDeal Desk Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating, administering, and implementing the DX NAM escalation policy from a financial and operational perspective for the Laboratory Solutions and POC businesses
- Special projects including price increase implementation, freight surcharges, maintenance of T&Cs and any other projects in coordination with Commercial Excellence.
- Managing the escalation policy for the US and support the annual guardrail development process on an ongoing basis.

Evaluating quotes submitted by the Sales team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and customer requirements.

Verifying the pricing details, discounts, promotions, and any special terms mentioned in Sales quotes to ensure they align with approved pricing structures and contracts.

Collaborating with the Sales team to provide feedback and guidance on improving quote quality, addressing errors or inconsistencies, and clarifying customer requirements.

Maintenance of NAM DX Deal Escalation app
- Ownership of regular training sessions for Sales, Pricing, SCA on best practices for deal escalations.

Providing escalation data and analysis to update OTO Leadership Team as well as BA management teams

Deal modelling to incorporate scenarios over and above base financials; critical to understand all possible aspects of a deal including financial risks.

Managing the reimbursement requests and change order process. Review and analyze requests for customer reimbursement or changes to existing agreements for financial impact and appropriateness.
- Special projects including but not limited to implementation of price increase, freight surcharges, maintenance of T&Cs etc.

Experience in the healthcare Industry and/or Siemens Finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of processes such as CRM, SCM, PLM (effects on values flow) and the financial support processes

Extensive knowledge in financial reporting, controlling and analysis of financial data
Required skills to have for the success of this role

BS/BA Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MBA or Master’s in Finance, desirable

Typically, 8-10 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge

Advanced Excel skills, SAP or an equivalent ERP system, Hyperion and Excel

Ability to travel up to 5%

This job may be based in any state nationwide. The base pay range for this position is $114,000 - $176,000. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. The pay wage range shown is based on the hired employee’s primary work location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
