Senior Sales Operations Specialist- Returns
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Operations Specialist- Returns to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing and tracking all return requests and activities within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, logistics, finance, and retention, to facilitate seamless return processes. Your primary responsibilities will include initiating return authorizations, coordinating return shipments, processing refunds or replacements, and resolving any return-related issues or discrepancies. Additionally, you will analyze return trends, provide valuable insights to improve return management procedures and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities related to returns. You will prepare regular reports and metrics on return activities for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in return management, preferably within a sales or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in relation to returns management.
- Familiarity with logistics, inventory management, and customer service principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and communication.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
