Senior Deal Desk Specialist
Jefferson Wells is seeking a dynamic Sr. Deal Desk Specialist for a remote 6-9 month Contract opportunity with a SaaS client in the marketing platform space. The selected individual will work closely with Sales and RevOps teams regarding the quoting and deal operations processes, with a focus on Renewals Management.
Responsibilities:

Progressing deals through the sales cycle: managing internal approval process; reviewing quotes and order forms; and, facilitating the close of deals.

Partnering with Sales and Customer Service teams to prepare proposals for deal constructs and special pricing; and, working closely with internal teams to drive deals to close and payment.

Increasing operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives; training teams and new hires as processes evolve.
Requirements:

3-5+ years' related experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Renewals Management, and/or Quote Creation.

Experience in Salesforce is a must; experience with DealHub, or similar quoting systems or CPQ, is a plus.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of SaaS sales models and processes; a plus.

Full-time Remote Contract; 6-9 months in duration, but open to Contract-to-Hire with proven success in the role.
