We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Specialistto assist in supporting and enabling sales and marketing teams to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, process, forecasting, reporting and field enablement with significant experience in supporting commercial roles.
This role will report to our talented Director of Commercial Operations with the flexibility to work remotely along with domestic travel.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Tier 1 CRM and Marketing Automation Support

Creates and distributes ad-hoc reporting and analysis to commercial organization

Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact opportunity and account data quality

Contribute to and adopt data quality best practices across various organization including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Support

Augment current account and contact data with additional information to be used in segmentation (email address, industry, job level, and job function)

Perform other administrative tasks backup brand support as directed by manager

Reporting and analyzing data related to sales performance, commissions and other key sales indicators

Working with management to determine the requirements for reporting across different databases or data sources

Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact

Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices

Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements

Produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance
Education and Experience:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with at least 2 years of experience as an Analyst or Specialist

Base Compensation Pay Range:
In addition to base compensation, you will be eligible for stock options, discretionary annual bonus, no cost health insurance plans, 401k with company match, and flexible paid time off.
