Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced person to join our team in the Auto/PowerSports Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping create and implement effective processes and strategies to increase customer service, to better the customer journey and increase revenue/market share. The Sales Operations/Process Leader will work closely with the Sales Team to develop and execute sales plans, manage leads, Facilitate Sales Training, and oversee the sales process from sales opportunity to deal closure. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies. Leadership by walking around and being involved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist to Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new opportunities, grow effectiveness of current sales plans
- Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and grow product knowledge continually
- -Provide-Facilitate sales training and support the Sales Team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Not doing the Training- implementing and following through on the training we have/get
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices-if requested
- Monitor, train and grow all types of leads (lot customer, online, sales call, social media): responses, processes, and efficiencies-
- Work on Customer Journey to continue to create a better experience
- Monitor Sales Team daily activities- that they are following through on their requirements
- Distribute leads to appropriate team members throughout the day, follow up on response and sales activities

Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Strong understanding/willingness to learn of the auto industry, powersports and market trends
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm - with being open to some communication in off hours, Due to the nature of Vehicles and Powersports Sales
This Role is Paid through a weekly Salary and monthly Commissions, approximate start range $60,000 up to $85,000 depending on goals and targets achieved.
