Our Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for being a key driver in breaking down silos and building up a central hub for revenue operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Revenue Operations hire at Flextrack and play a key role in shaping and implementing revenue-focused processes and strategies.
As our RevOps Manager, you will be accountable for optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing customer success. You will work with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in aligning our revenue operations, systems, and processes, enabling us to scale and accelerate business growth.
Day to day you will:
- Develop and implement revenue-focused strategies: You will work closely with the executive team to define and execute revenue generation strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets. You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead revenue operations: You will be responsible for establishing and managing revenue operations processes and systems. This includes managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing strategies, deal structuring, and revenue reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver training programs, tools, and resources that enable sales representatives to achieve revenue targets. Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing training to enhance the sales team's productivity and effectiveness.
- Systems and Technology Management: Manage and optimize the sales technology stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other revenue-related software. Ensure data accuracy, system integration, and effective utilization of technology to support revenue goals.
- Drive data-driven decision making: Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to analyze revenue performance, identify key metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into revenue performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue-focused initiatives. You will establish strong partnerships, facilitate communication, and drive collaboration to optimize the revenue lifecycle and enhance customer experience.
It would be amazing if you have:
- Proven experience in sales operations or revenue operations, preferably within high-growth Enterprise SaaS companies
- Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies in a scaled sales organization
- Demonstrated success operating in a cross functional environment and delivering outcomes, with measurable improvements to strategic business KPIs
- Experience delivering world-class onboarding and training programs with the goal of reducing ramp time, increasing product knowledge, and equipping the team with the tools needed to close deals
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and other GTM systems
- Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to derive actionable insights
- Leadership qualities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
