Your Impact

To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a US Revenue Operations Analyst based in Boston.

We are looking for a high energy, creative, team oriented Revenue Operations analyst to join our rapidly growing Revenue Ops team to extend our success. You will be someone who has a demonstrable experience working in data analysis, and wants to participate in its ongoing revolution. Persistence and attention to detail are vital to success in this role.


What you will do at Mirakl - Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

Deal Desk: 60%

  • Support and enable Account Executives / Account Managers in pricing negotiations providing them with clear guidelines, simulation tools, benchmarks
  • Ensure our internal pricing approval policy is respected, being in charge of the CPQ tool, and being the bridge to Finance and Leadership when special approvals are required
  • Plan and coordinate training for the sales teams related to pricing and packaging updates
  • Validate deal KPIs, revenue recognition in collaboration with Finance
  • Provide strategic pricing analysis and make recommendations on potential evolutions

US Operations: 40%

  • Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and sales reporting to Sales Leadership
  • Work with internal stakeholders (including lFinance/Legal/Customer success) to streamline sales operating processes
  • Develop and maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and workflows

What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate - Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Action and result-oriented
  • Tech & tool savvy; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with CPQ tools highly preferred
  • Stakeholder management; ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders

The minimum salary is $59K and the max salary is $74K.
