Role Overview
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency across our organization. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to streamline processes, leverage data insights, and implement best practices. Your strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and strong understanding of revenue operations will be crucial in aligning revenue initiatives with overall business objectives. The role
Revenue Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop revenue strategies and goals aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and customer segmentation to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and models to maximize profitability and customer value.
Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal optimization.
- Implement and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement sales enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue analytics and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse revenue data to identify trends, forecast revenue performance, and recommend strategies for revenue growth.
- Design and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer success, and operations, to align revenue initiatives and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with finance team to develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for the implementation of revenue management systems and tools.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in revenue operations or a related field, preferably in a Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Analyst roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and generate actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, sales processes, and demand generation strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue management tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives and streamline operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align revenue objectives with overall business goals.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and the ability to develop revenue forecasts.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to track, analyse, and present revenue performance metrics.
