Job Overview
The successful candidate will drive the company’s revenue and sales strategy by producing and presenting insights on all relevant GTM data. The candidate will be equipped with multiple software tools and a great team to execute key projects; enhancing efficiency of operations, partnering with GTM leaders to present insights, and developing greater accuracy of revenue forecasts and budgets.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Analyse, automate and optimise KPI reports used by GTM front line teams, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.-
Collaborate with Sales teams to develop and maintain operational processes, ensuring high standards of data depth and accuracy recorded in Salesforce.

Develop our sales compensation planning, including sales quota allocation, variable compensation policies, and territory alignment.

Enhance GTM insights and establish a single source of truth for decision-making on addressable markets, sales/marketing efficiency, competitive intelligence, and pipeline health.

Be the subject matter expert on all sales insights and trends, maintain and enhance data models as well as the technical design of data delivery.

Provide leaders with compelling insights and reports on team health and efficiency, identifying key opportunities for growth.

Perform ad hoc analysis as required across multiple datasets.
Qualifications:
You are a good fit if:

3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, revenue excellence, go-to-market strategy disciplines, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company.

Experience manipulating large amounts of data in Excel, with knowledge of SQL or other relational databases considered a plus.

Strong background working with Salesforce.

Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.

Proven track record of automating and extracting insight from operations.

Self-motivated and proactive attitude, willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.

Passion for utilizing insights and data storytelling to drive business decisions at all levels of the organization.

Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, or Power BI to manipulate data and generate insights would be preferred.

Experience with Alteryx, NetSuite, Metabase is a plus.
