The Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Head of Sales Operations and be responsible for providing operational support to the sales team, developing and managing sales processes, analyzing sales data, maintaining data in Salesforce.com, managing sales commissions, and driving operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales operations are executed seamlessly.
- Provide operational support to the sales team, including creating quotes, sales reporting, and territory planning

Maintain data integrity within Salesforce.com, by updating account ownership, consolidating duplicate accounts, and filling in missing data

Maintain monthly sales roster and other Master Data related to the sales territory alignments

Track and monitor sales commission including but not limited to preparing commission worksheets and schedule to determine commissions, soliciting appropriate approval, resolving commission-related issues, arranging payment of commissions with Payroll, and distributing and communicating commission status to appropriate sales staff.

Support sales training programs to improve sales team performance

Continue to seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reliability involving all necessary business partners

Maintain and update sales documentation and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Build strong cross functional partnerships with Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Legal to ensure collaboration across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM software is preferred, but not required

Experience with managing sales commissions is preferred, but not required
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonuses, stock and employee benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental & vision insurance, life & disability insurance and a 401k plan.
