We are looking for an experienced digital media executive to join the Executive Team as our new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, alignment, and performance for direct sales, inside sales, integrated marketing, commerce sales, affiliate and programmatic teams. You will also lead our go-to-market strategy for our industry-leading data and partnership products. Your strengths lie in identifying and delivering new revenue opportunities in our market such as first party data, growing revenue from our existing client base, and creating sustainable strategies for future growth and delivering accurate revenue projections. Representing your teams at the executive level, you can expect to be involved in strategic and business planning, with particular focus on brand sales and product roadmap. - Work closely with the Executive team and Board to develop growth strategies for new markets, products, and competitive opportunities
- Build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting
- Leverage our Business Data Analytics & Insights teams for future decision making, also empowering your team to do the same
- Build a cohesive, short, medium, and long term revenue strategy that encompasses Brand, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Collaborating with aforementioned teams and Finance on pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals
- Responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by meeting or exceeding established year over year revenue goals, and company profit margin goals
- Lead a national sales team that drives business growth across all O&Os, with particular focus on KPI accountability and striking the appropriate balance between autonomy and collaboration.
- Maximize programmatic revenue by ensuring operational excellence and adding new, scalable display ad partners in a strategic way

- Identify and resolve issues across cross-functional teams You Have
- Ten or more years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- Substantial experience of revenue ownership with a successful track record of growing multiple lines of revenue through new product development/offerings, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- A deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, native advertising, programmatic, and the latest trends in digital advertising
- Strong ability with data analytics with a history of decision-making based on business metrics
- Understanding of how to establish and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with C-level executives of key target clients and channel partners
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead change and take others with you
- Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, and opinions What’s In It For You
