Job Purpose
A great opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join Kallik, a world leading SaaS labelling and artwork management software company specialising in delivering software to highly regulated industries.
As a Sales Development Representative you will generate, nurture and qualify leads within specified target markets through inbound and outbound lead mechanisms. To be successful in being selected for this role you will need to demonstrate you have exceptional communication skills required to engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements and assess their level of interest.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Identify buying process roles within prospective organisations
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Build target contact lists through extensive market research and outbound communication with prospective customers
- Create persona specific email templates, communications and call scripts
- Understand and convey Kallik’s value-proposition to prospective customers and assess prospects level of interest
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Engage and nurture contacts via email communication, taking a methodical approach aligned with the marketing strategy
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives
- Qualify leads against an agreed set of qualification criteria and transfer any qualified leads to the sales team
- Owning the outbound communication tools to generate new potential sales opportunities
- Provide regular updates to senior management on activities, ensuring all daily activities and metrics are transparently tracked and visible
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets (e.g. connections made and qualified leads generated)

- Educated to degree level or equivalent

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Personable manner with excellent active listening skills
Desirable:
- Proficient in Pardot, SalesForce and Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and or other similar prospecting tools and applications
