We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our commercial aviation department.
As a Sales Ops Manager, your goal is to contribute to the success of the Sales department by leading the department operations. You support effectively the sales campaigns by preparing and keeping up-to-date the sales documentation (presentation, business case, RFP answer), and adapt them as per the different customers. Last but not least, you identify and implement new tools, processes and technologies that can contribute to a better efficiency of a department, paving the road of the company scale-up.
Your missions:
Support to the Sales team:
- Support the Sales team to sell in a better, faster and more efficient way ;
- Prepare Sales presentation, business case and RFP answer to support the active sales campaign ;
- Implement and manage CRM tool to maximize opportunities and customer relationships ;
- Create, develop and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency ;
- Create, develop and manage the Marketing & Sales materials and ensure that the knowledge base is up-to-date and shared within the Sales team ;
- Evaluate new technologies and leverage Data to improve the Sales activities ;
Support to the Director of Sales
- Report KPIs and maintain up-to-date Sales forecast ;
- Support the organization of Sales events ;
- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
Profile & Skills :
- Business graduate
- 3 years of experience ideally in aeronautics
- You are persistent, rigorous and autonomous
- You are proactive
- You are proficient on CRM software and you have informatic skills
- Language skills: Perfect written and spoken English. Knowledge of French is a plus
