We are partnered with an award winning SaaS company who are seeking a CRO to focus on growth and implementing a strong road map. Our client specializes in SaaS within the pet/pet care industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue growth plans
- Set clear, aligned, and measurable objectives and effectively communicate internal priorities, challenges, and opportunities that impact revenue growth.
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and alignment with forecasts
- Oversee all revenue driving roles including sales and marketing functions including account alignment, rate cards, quota setting, deal desk, and commission.
- Drive the team in the ongoing optimization of the enterprise customer funnels, from acquisition through engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in management consulting, revenue operations, or other relevant experience.
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in SaaS sales as well as a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Proven track record of surpassing goals and driving revenue from multiple sources.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
