This role involves managing and improving sales processes, developing remarketing strategies, and ensuring efficient coordination between sales teams, marketing, and other relevant departments. Sales Operations Management:Develop and implement effective sales processes, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall sales performance.Optimize sales forecasting, planning, and reporting processes to drive accurate sales projections and targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development, marketing, and finance departments.Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.Remarketing Strategy Development:Create and execute comprehensive remarketing strategies to maximize the value of used vehicles and optimize inventory turnover.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling remarketing campaigns and promotions.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for remarketing optimization and growth.Establish effective partnerships with remarketing vendors and third-party platforms to expand remarketing channels.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and inspire a team of sales operations and remarketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics.Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales teams, marketing, finance, and other relevant departments.Process Improvement and Technology Enhancement:Continuously evaluate sales processes, tools, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to measure sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to drive innovations in sales operations and remarketing.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in sales operations, remarketing, or a related role within the automotive or consumer technology industries.Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, remarketing strategies, and market dynamics.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in utilizing sales tools, CRM systems, and data analytics software.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Salary Range
: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
California (Bay Area) - $185,000-$264,000Additional Compensation and Benefits
