Our mission is to protect homes, families, and communities from wildfire disasters.
Frontline enables customers to track wildfires, receive important alerts, and safely navigate a wildfire while protecting a customer’s home with the remotely operated Frontline Wildfire Defense System. With multiple levels of redundancy, our home defense system hydrates the materials of a home and its surrounding area to prevent ignition from flying embers - the #1 cause of structure loss during wildfire.
We have a unique opportunity to market our mobile app and our exterior sprinkler systems to customers in all areas affected by wildfire. This role will be responsible for creating demand for our hardware and software products through multiple go-to-market channels, including direct sales, channel partner relationships, and B2B partnerships.
We are a small team in the early stages of growth, and yet we have already achieved significant milestones in protecting homes and earning revenue through successfully installing systems throughout California. We have an experienced team of engineers, product designers, and investors and we are growing rapidly
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, implementing sales tools and software, and providing essential support to our sales representatives. Your ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales workflows will be instrumental in enhancing our overall sales performance and achieving our revenue goals.
Develop and refine sales processes and methodologies to ensure a seamless and efficient sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align processes and optimize end-to-end sales operations.

Identify and implement sales tools and software solutions that enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enable effective sales pipeline management.

Conduct regular analysis of sales data and metrics to identify trends, uncover areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and senior management.

Establish and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and sales representative performance.

Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools and software, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to perform at their best.

Identify training gaps, create new sales training materials, and maintain and update the Frontline sales training platform.

Collaborate with IT and other relevant stakeholders to evaluate, integrate, and optimize the usage of sales tools and software within the organization.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes, tools, and software, recommending enhancements and modifications as needed.

Support the day-to-day activities of the sales team, including deal tracking, order processing, contract management, and customer inquiries.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations, process optimization, and sales tools/software to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).-
Proven experience in sales operations, sales process optimization, or a similar role within a fast-paced sales environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

In-depth knowledge of sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and sales analytics tools.

Proficient in using sales productivity tools, such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.

Salary range $80,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
