Clarity on the Role:
Wellvana is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the organization's revenue generation strategy and drive sustainable growth. You will oversee all aspects of the company's sales and revenue operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Your primary focus will be on maximizing profitable revenue streams, expanding market share, growing payor contracts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The following teams will report into this role: Growth, Managed Care, and Health Systems Sales.
What's Expected:
Revenue Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company's vision to help Doctor’s deliver life changing healthcare.

Identify market opportunities, payor partnerships, assess competitive landscape, and formulate strategies to drive revenue growth.

Define payment models, revenue forecasts, and targets to guide business decisions.
Sales and Business Development:

Support our Chief Growth Officer in leading a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, expand payor partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.

Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration and increase revenue opportunities.
Revenue Operations:

Oversee the revenue operations function, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement.

Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify trends, optimize revenue processes, and make data-driven decisions.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales effectiveness, revenue growth, and market share.
Collaboration and Leadership:

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, collaborate closely with other executive leaders to align revenue generation efforts with overall business strategy.

Provide strategic input and recommendations to drive product innovation and market differentiation.

Build a strong revenue-focused culture, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

Proven experience as a senior leader in revenue generation, preferably within the value-based care industry.

Proven experience with both healthcare providers and payors, with deep industry relationships across both.

Stellar relationship skills and ability to influence and negotiate.

Ability to work with agility in a high-growth environment.

In-depth knowledge of value-based care models, payment systems, and healthcare industry trends.

Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute revenue strategies that align with organizational goals.
