As part of our Operations & Finance Team, you will work with all 4.screen business units and focus on our internal operational activities that are necessary in order to foster our targeted growth. Therefore,you will optimize and oversee sales processes and data as well as supporting the sales team to enable strategic measures for 4.screens future.
As a Sales Operations Manager you will contribute to growing the 4.screen footprint by:
- Optimize sales processes & increase productivity: You will increase sales productivity by continuously improving the entire end-to-end sales process and implementing sales automation tools.
- Manage sale enablement systems and oversee CRM data: You will manage and admin all technical aspects of key sales systems like outreach / enablement tools and oversee the correctness of CRM data within our CRM tool Salesforce .
- Cross-functional collaboration: You will manage and support cross-functional collaboration serving as an interface between sales and other key partner teams like Marketing or OEM and be key point of contact in all operational sales topics.
- Sales Analytics & Performance Management : You will support our sales leadership team by creating performance reporting and analysis and determine eligible variable compensation (e.g., commission) based on performance results .
- Forecasting & Budgeting: You will oversee the sales funnel, perform forecasting and provide reportings regarding budget usage and optimization potential on campaign level.
- Support Sales Learning & Development : You will identify learning & developing needs for our sales team, create and maintain documentation on sales knowledge (processes, policies, etc.), and assist with onboarding new sales talent.
- Sales Leadership Assistance: You will support our sales leadership with team structure development, definition of quaterly objectives, optimization of meeting structures and other general administrative tasks.
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales operations, sales or other sales supportive role with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into process and system requirements, and ensure operational execution and achievement of business objectives.
- High proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Further experience with sales enablement systems are a plus.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution, strong organizational & analytical skills and drive for operational excellence.
- Ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open manner and interact with various teams throughout the organization.
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands and rapid change.
- Fluent in German and English.
