We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deal Desk Analyst to join our team for a contract to potential hire opportunity. This Deal Desk Analyst role is a 100% remote position. The Deal Desk Analyst requires an individual who is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a strong background in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations & Analytics, and Salesforce. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all deal desk related inquiries and requests.
- Manage and validate deals in the deal desk.
- Ensure accuracy of deal documents and data by performing reviews.
- Analyze customer requests to determine the best deal structure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on deals to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the sales team with contract preparation and negotiation.
- Monitor and track deals through the sales cycle.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
- Assist with other revenue operations and analytics-related tasks.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Provide training to internal stakeholders on the use of Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or similar role.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and deal structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
- Hourly Pay: $25-30/hr / Contract Duration - 3-6 months
