A Multinational Software Company based in London is seeking an Sales Operations Lead Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for 24 months. (Extension/ Perm highly likely)
(Hybrid working 2 days onsite, rest remote)
The role is a key position within the Rest of World Sales Operations team, working across multiple different disciplines, including Excel, Tableau, Salesforce and QlikSense.
This is a real 'sleeves rolled up' roll, working with the Sales team and as well as partnering with Senior sales leaders on crafting a sales strategy. We need to simplify actions and prioritize the most important activities. Specifically, we will be focused on lead optimization, data assignment, issue resolution through Tier 1 escalations, performance reviews and data insight.
The Sales Operations Lead Analyst role provides an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced and high growth Sales Operations organization that spans a global customer base of +200 markets. Reporting directly the Go To Market Segment Lead with dotted lines into the Sales Operations Manager.
This is a key role in identifying and communicating sales growth opportunities from an existing and new database of customers. We have a requirement to provide solutions in a collaborative environment working directly with an effective and highly motivated sales team across multiple locations worldwide. Simplifying solutions is the key to success in this position with a clear focus on increasing overall contact, conversion and growth rates.
Process Automation & Optimization: Analyze business needs, provide data, supporting internal and external sales teams.
Cross functional collaboration: Working across sales managers and 3rd party partner sites to identify issues and escalate resolutions
Productivity Reporting & Analysis
Sales Strategy: Use data analysis and forecasting to establish a sales strategy and set future sales goals.
Data Management: Assist in the maintenance of customer and master data, including account attributes.
Territory Management: responsible for defining and assigning various sales territories to salespeople.
Account Assignment: Record daily allocation of accounts to sales team, activity associated and overall outcome of support structure
Pipeline Management: Simplified data summaries for distribution, defining daily, weekly and monthly follow up on pipeline
Communications & Change Management
Systems & Tools Best Practices, Triage & Support
Team Player: Participate actively in building and fostering a team approach across operational functions.
Skills / experience;
Detail Oriented Strong with Microsoft Excel/Ideally experience in Qlicksense
Data: Creates new data sets where needed, leverages multiple systems, and scales approaches.
Insights: Ties analysis and findings to business impact, advocates for change, and implements recommendations proactively and quickly.
Prioritization Skills: Stack ranks and drive opportunities that are needed to achieve goals in the following quarters and years, and start to influence others who may need to reprioritize to achieve the desired outcomes.
Project Management Skills: Drives cross-functional projects E2E, develops a clear workback plan, effectively manages risks, and aligns the team around a clear DACI.
Process improvement skills: Understands current processes E2E, and uses that knowledge to identify and implement business impacting improvements.
Strong communicator: Proven ability to communicate and strategically support Senior Leaders with the sales strategy
