Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships
In this role you will be a fundamental part of our Client Solutions team supporting the Vice President, Client Solutions Integration and a sales department of 30+ Account Executives, Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents. You will have hands-on exposure to the full breadth of sales support and sales operations functions including: maintaining our Customer Relationship Management system, providing sales analytics and customer deliverables, supporting and driving overall process improvement and sales efficiency. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
General Sales Support and Enablement:

Performs general office duties to support the Client Solutions team in their efforts to grow and retain the business

Designs and improves sales tools, resources and templates for the sales team that effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition to clients

Provides effective and efficient solutions to complex, cross-functional business problems with established and applicable business theory, analytical tools and creativity

Acts as a liaison between Client Solutions and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Assists the Vice President, Client Solutions Integration in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales team’s performance
Sales Reporting, Analysis and CRM Management:

Develops and maintains sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams

Applies quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers

Assists with reporting and calculating of compensation plans for the sales teams

Maintains the development team’s instance of Salesforce.com, modifying fields, objects, reporting and maintaining users

Guides and trains the development team on Salesforce.com, ensures accuracy of CRM entry by development and enforces CRM best practices across the team

Coordinates with other departments (legal, finance, implementations) to ensure consistency of data between Salesforce.com and other tools
RFP Process and Content Management

Works with the sales team to qualify incoming request for proposals (RFP)

Develops proposal, bids, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.

Collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely

Performs other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or business-oriented field or equivalent work experience
-
3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications

Knowledge and skilled experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system

Proven Ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task

Can manage multiple concurrent projects, and initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software a plus

Experience with Xactly Incent or similar compensation software a plus
Salary for this position generally ranges between $52800 - $70000 / year . This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
