Company Overview: Pressman Toy Corp, dba Goliath Games, is a rapidly growing family-owned toy and game company in the US. With a global presence and offices in multiple countries, we are seeking a qualified candidate to join our Sales Operations/Order Management team at our Richardson, TX location.
Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Operations/Order Management Representative to process purchase orders from various customers. These customers include eCommerce, Specialty, Regional/Mid-Sized Retailers, and Mass Merchants. You will be responsible for coordinating with 3PL warehouses and ensuring compliance with customer policies. Collaboration with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Accounting, will be crucial to resolving any order-related issues. Additionally, building and maintaining reports will be part of your responsibilities.
- Process purchase orders from diverse customer segments.
- Manage and allocate inventory effectively.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses for shipping requirements and repacks.
- Ensure compliance with each customer's shipping and routing policies.
- Collaborate with 3PL warehouse to ensure timely order shipments.
- Communicate with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Accounting, regarding inventory constraints and order-related issues.
- Work with Accounting on terms, past due balances, and chargebacks.
- Build and maintain various reports for sales operations.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service/order management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Amazon's Vendor Central portal.
- Familiarity with mass retail portals (Walmart, Target, Kohls, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
- Understanding of accounting basics.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamic Business Central (BC).
- Exposure to True Commerce or other EDI platforms.
