We are looking for a Sales Support/Deal Desk Specialist to support the sales team in the processing of paperwork and ultimately, our deal process. The EverHealth Sales Team is currently comprised of five different solution segments (DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and Charge Capture powered by MDTech) but the vision is to bring these different teams, processes, and policies together as One EverHealth Sales Team. The portfolio of products include EHR, Practice Management, RCM services, practice communication tools, patient engagement tools, and mobile charge capture.
As a member of the EverHealth Sales Team, the Deal Desk Specialist is responsible for leading and driving the management of the deal process for EverHealth Sales, providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding the deal process and a proven track record of handling paperwork and using appropriate systems to get deals over the finish line and handed off smoothly to accounting and implementation. You can thrive in a fast-paced environment, are flexible and comfortable with changing priorities, can distill large amounts of information into simple concepts, and can build effective working relationships cross-functionally. This role will initially report to the SVP of Sales but may grow to be a part of our sales enablement and operations team.
Responsibilities:
Order processing and entry, including validation of appropriate data entry and capture in relevant systems, including CRM Tools Salesforce and HubSpot
Contract generation, ensuring compliance to process and policy, including pricing/discounting and legal policies
Provisioning of provider licenses and set-up
Passive renewal management
Responding to inbound requests and queries from the sales team
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a relevant role, such as sales/business/revenue operations, sales analysis, pipeline strategy, or/or sales strategy, with preference towards experience at a SAAS company and/or healthcare technology company
Process and data-driven with a strong analytical mindset
Expert in both managing process and maintaining its integrity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
CRM experience and related tech stack experience
Attention to detail with a drive to deliver high-quality, high-impact outcomes
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $55k USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
